  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Delivery Guidelines

    1. Delivery Timings:
      Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. Actual delivery may vary by 30–50 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

      • Orders for morning delivery (10 AM–1 PM) must be placed before 6 PM on the previous day.
      • Sunday deliveries will begin from 11 AM onwards.
      • We will make every effort to deliver within the preferred time slot, but slight delays may occur.

    2. Multiple Deliveries:
      For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

    3. Order Deadlines:
      Orders for Eggless, Cheesecake, Picture, or Shaped Cakes must be placed at least one day prior to the delivery date.

    4. Delivery Area:
      We deliver across Greater Cochin (Kochi) and nearby locations. Free delivery is available in the following areas:

      • Central Kochi: Ernakulam, Kadavanthra, Panampilly Nagar, Kaloor, Palarivattom, Elamakkara, Thammanam, Vennala, Thevara, Ravipuram, Girinagar, Gandhi Nagar, Kathrikadavu, Chambakkara, Ponnurunni, Chakkaraparambu and nearby areas.
      • Kakkanad & Thrikkakara: Kakkanad, Vazhakkala, Thrikkakara, Infopark, CSEZ, Chembumukku, Chittethukara, Padamugal, Kusumagiri and surrounding areas.
      • Edappally & Kalamassery: Edappally, Kalamassery, Eloor, Cheranelloor, Padivattom, Muttom, UC College, Companypady, Ponnekara and nearby areas.
      • Vyttila & Tripunithura: Vyttila, Maradu, Thrippunithura, Thiruvankulam, Udayamperoor, Puthiyakavu, Chottanikkara, Irumpanam and nearby areas.

      • Other Areas: If your location is outside the above free delivery zones, please contact our shop before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the location. If delivery is not feasible, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.

    Product Information

    1. Cake Appearance:

      • The selected image will match up to 90% of the actual cake in terms of colour brightness and 3D presentation, as all cakes are handmade.
      • Each cake is crafted by skilled chefs and cake artists, so slight variations from website images are natural.

    2. Freshly Baked:
      All cakes are baked fresh upon receiving your order.

    Shipping Conditions

    1. Handling & Damage:
      We take utmost care to ensure your cakes are delivered safely. However, as cakes are delicate and transported through city traffic, minor damage may occasionally occur despite using specialised delivery vehicles and handling equipment.

    2. Out-of-Zone Charges:

      • Deliveries outside the free delivery zone may incur an additional delivery charge. Our team will contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
      • If the address is outside our serviceable delivery area, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
