Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Guidelines

1. Delivery Timings:
   Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. Actual delivery may vary by 30–50 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

   • Orders for morning delivery (10 AM–1 PM) must be placed before 6 PM on the previous day.
   • Sunday deliveries will begin from 11 AM onwards.
   • We will make every effort to deliver within the preferred time slot, but slight delays may occur.

2. Multiple Deliveries:
   For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

3. Order Deadlines:
   Orders for Eggless, Cheesecake, Picture, or Shaped cakes must be placed at least one day prior to the delivery date.

4. Delivery Area:
   We deliver only within Cochin city and nearby locations. Free delivery is available to the following areas:

   • Free Delivery Zones: Muttom, Gandhi Nagar, Kadavanthara, Panampilly Nagar, Girinagar, Eloor, Chambakkara, Ponnurunni, Chakkaraparambu, Thammanam, Vennala, Padivattom, Palarivattom, Kaloor, Elamakkara, Edapally, Cheranelloor, Kalamassery, Thrippunithura, Thrikkakara, Muppathadam, Kakkanad, Vazhakkala, Kathrikadavu, Ernakulam, Ravipuram, Thevara, Vaduthala, Kochi, Infopark, Ponnekara, Irumpanam, Chittoor, Fort Kochi, Thoppumpady, Palluruthy, Mattancherry, Varapuzha, North Paravur, Koonammavu, Udayamperoor, Puthiyakavu, Thiruvankulam, Edakochi, Chullickal, Vallarpadam, Bolgatty, Kumbalangi, Aluva, UC College, Companypady, Angamaly, and Perumbavoor.
   • Other Areas: For areas beyond the listed zones, please confirm with our shop before placing an order. If delivery is possible, additional charges will apply. If delivery is not feasible, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed.

Product Information

1. Cake Appearance:

   • The selected image will match up to 90% of the actual cake in terms of color brightness and 3D presentation of figures, as all cakes are handmade.
   • Each cake is crafted by skilled chefs/artists, whose individual styles may result in slight variations from the website images.

2. Freshly Baked:
   All cakes are baked fresh upon receiving the order.

Shipping Conditions

1. Handling & Damage:
   We take utmost care to ensure your cakes are delivered safely. However, as cakes are delicate and susceptible to damage during transit in city traffic, minor damage may occur despite the use of special vehicles and equipment.

2. Out-of-Zone Charges:

   • For deliveries outside the free shipping zone, an additional charge may apply. Our team will contact you for confirmation.
   • If the address is outside our delivery area, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
