1. What are the payment options available?

2. What should I do if I don't receive an order confirmation via email?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS (for Indian mobile numbers) shortly after placing your order.

3. Can I change the delivery address or delivery date of my order?
Yes, you can request a change in delivery address or date as long as the order has not been dispatched or delivered.
To make changes, email us at info@cakehut.in.
4. Can I specify a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery time slot while placing the order.
5. What if there is an issue with the product or it’s not delivered?
If there’s a problem with the product’s quality, or if it’s not delivered, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly.
6. Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM IST.
For orders placed after 3:00 PM, please contact customer care before ordering.
Morning deliveries (10 AM–1 PM) must be ordered by 6 PM the previous day.
7. Do you offer midnight delivery?
Yes, midnight delivery is available with prior notice and subject to staff availability. Additional charges apply. Please contact our customer care team to arrange midnight deliveries.
8. What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?
If the recipient is unavailable at the provided address, the order will be considered delivered. Cakes are perishable and can only be delivered once.
9. How will I know if my order has been delivered?
You will receive a confirmation email / SMS (for Indian mobile numbers) once your order is delivered. If the order cannot be fulfilled, our customer service team will contact you.

10. Which areas are covered for delivery?
We deliver within a 15 km radius from Kaloor, including the following areas:
Muttom, Gandhi Nagar, Kadavanthara, Panampilly Nagar, Girinagar, Eloor, Chambakkara, Ponnurunni, Chakkaraparambu, Thammanam, Vennala, Padivattom, Palarivattom, Kaloor, Elamakkara, Edapally, Cheranelloor, Kalamassery, Thrippunithura, Thrikkakara, Muppathadam, Kakkanad, Vazhakkala, Kathrikadavu, Ernakulam, Ravipuram, Thevara, Vaduthala, Kochi, Infopark, Ponnekara, Irumpanam, Chittoor, Fort Kochi, Thoppumpady, Palluruthy, Mattancherry, Varapuzha, North Paravur, Koonammavu, Udayamperoor, Puthiyakavu, Thiruvankulam, Edakochi, Chullickal, Vallarpadam, Bolgatty, Kumbalangi, Aluva, UC College, Companypady, Angamaly, and Perumbavoor.
For areas beyond these locations, please confirm with us before placing an order. Additional charges may apply if delivery is feasible.
11. Do you serve fresh products daily?
Yes, every order at Cake Hut is freshly prepared. Once you place an order, our chefs begin baking to ensure quality, freshness, and taste.
12. What is the shelf life of cakes and pastries?
- Fresh Cream Cakes and Pastries: 2 days (refrigerated)
- Butter Cream Cakes and Pastries: 2–3 days (refrigerated)
13. Can I add a personalized message to my cake?
Absolutely! You can specify your personalized message in the product details section when placing your order.
14. What is the lead time for cake deliveries?
We require at least 3 hours to bake a fresh cake and deliver it along with your personalized message.
15. Is the payment gateway secure?
Yes, the payment gateway on cakehut.in complies with industry-standard security measures to ensure safe transactions.
