Delivery Information

• The delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery might vary 30-50 minutes depending on the traffic conditions.
• For deliveries to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each.
• The image selected will match upto 90% of the actual cake in terms of brightness of the colors and 3D presentation of the figures, since they are all hand made.
• All our cakes are hand crafted by our skilled chefs/artists. Different chefs have different ways of recreating the pictures into your cakes.
  There will never be an exact match with the picture in the website.
• All cakes are baked freshly against order.
• Deliveries to be done in morning [10 AM- 1 PM slot]  should be placed on or before 6 Pm previous day.
• We will try our level best to deliver the products at Preferable Delivery slot mentioned by customer [This Time slot may slip]
• Eggless/Cheese/Picture/Shape cakes order should be placed atleast one day before the delivery date.
• Sunday's delivery will be done from 2 Pm onwards.
• We will Delivery only in Cochin City and near by places.

Shipping Policy

We take sufficient care in shipping your orders. Cakes are delicate and are prone to damage in vehicles traveling in city traffic.
Though we have special vehicles and equipments to handle them, we would advice our customers to be aware of the damage that could be caused during the shipping. 
If delivery address is out of free shipping zone we may charge you extra shipping charge, our team will contact you for this.
If the address is beyond our delivery zone we will cancel the order and full refund will be done.
